Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice of cancellation is required or a 50% charge may be incurred. For any last minute cancellations or no shows, you will be required to pay a deposit booking fee in order to rebook back in with us.

Complaints Policy

All services are non refundable. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to rectify any issues and redo the treatment where applicable.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in salon or over the phone. You may put any value on to the voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date and they cannot be extended, Promotional vouchers my have shorter expiry date. It is in your interest to check the expiry date of your voucher. Vouchers are non refundable. If purchasing a voucher over the phone or via email, the voucher will either need to be picked up from the salon or it may be posted to you. If the voucher value is above £50 then the postage is free. Any voucher below £50, there is a £1.90 postage fee. The voucher may be used in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions and offers if desired. You do not need to use the voucher in one go and it can be spread over multiple appointments. There may be times when we must increase our prices. In the event of treatment price increases, your voucher may not cover the entirety of the bill. You will be required to pay the difference.
